Sign up for regular Qigong classes at Eastcote House Gardens in 2025. Payment details will be sent to you once you have signed up.

The Qigong term will include 7 in-person and 3 online classes at a cost of £138.50 per person (see opposite).

During the term you will learn all 9 movements in the Qigong Golden Spine 9 system. Each week you will build your practice using the simple, easy to learn movements and will be able to put all the movements together to practice the form in its entirety. Each class ends with a guided meditation.

You will be surprised at how wonderful the practice feels as you flow through from movement 1 to 9 connecting to body and breath. This mindful movement practice is grounding and helps you reset your energy each time you practice. It's a wonderful system that is suitable for beginners as well as those more familiar with Qigong or other martial arts. Due to its simple nature, Golden Spine 9 can also be carried out whilst seated on a chair for those who require this adaptation.

Golden Spine 9 Qigong West London

Golden Spine 9 Qigong is a modern, mindful movement system developed by Hay House author Blue Marsden, founder of the London School of Qigong and Holistic Healing College

A gentle but very powerful practice, Golden Spine 9 includes ancient and classical movements from Tai Chi and Qigong along with unique insights and adaptations that lead to it being a particularly grounding practice which has the effect of resetting the energy system each time it is practised.
