When booking a Spiritual Counselling Session or Package, Soul Plan Reading, Soul Transformation Therapy or Card Reading with Healing with Rina you are entering into a contract which has the following terms and conditions.

Healing with Rina’s services are suitable for any client who is 19 years old and over.

No services are offered to clients aged 18 and under.

All clients are responsible for making sure they disclose any medical conditions, medications or injuries, including mental health to Healing with Rina, prior to participating in sessions. Any information provided will remain confidential, and will help Healing with Rina Spiritual to offer the client appropriate services to meet their needs, or to signpost the client to other services which are deemed more suitable.

Clients are responsible for seeking authorisation from relevant healthcare professional(s) with regards to their participation in Spiritual Counselling, Soul Plan Reading, Soul Transformation Therapy and Card Reading.

The client must update Healing with Rina if any changes occur to their physical and/or mental health that Healing with Rina was not previously made aware of.

Healing with Rina is not liable for any costs incurred due to cancellation or changes caused by unforeseen events (weather, loss of venue or facilities, acts of God, or any other event beyond our control).

Clients need to take out adequate insurance to cover them for any losses they may incur.

Healing with Rina reserves the right to refuse services to any client or member of the public, for any reason, at any given time if it is deemed necessary, and a refund may not be forthcoming.

Healing with Rina welcomes everybody, regardless of age, race/ethnicity, religious beliefs, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression and disability or capacity.

Soul Plan Reading

Individual

In order to carry out a reading, the client agrees to provide full birth name and where relevant, current name used as well as date of birth.

This information must be received in advance of the session and will be confirmed by Healing with Rina with the client prior to any preparatory work being carried out for the reading.

Business

In order to carry out a reading, the client agrees to provide full birth name and where relevant, current name used as well as date of birth. This information must be received in advance of the session and will be confirmed by Healing with Rina with the client prior to any preparatory work being carried out for the reading.

The client agrees to provide up to 3 business name options for any one reading.

Where additional names are requested an extra charge of £15 per name will be applicable - this payment must be made in advance of the reading. Or the client can book another Business reading session.

Relationships

In order to carry out a reading, the client agrees to provide full birth name and where relevant, current name used as well as date of birth. The client also agrees to provide full birth name and where relevant, current name used, as well as date of birth for any individual the relationship reading relates to.

This information must be received in advance of the session and will be confirmed by Healing with Rina with the client prior to any preparatory work being carried out for the reading.

Soul Transformation Therapy

If the client has not completed a Soul Plan Reading, a mini one can be carried out. In order to carry out a mini reading, the client agrees to provide full birth name and where relevant, current name used as well as date of birth. This information must be received in advance of the session and will be confirmed by Healing with Rina with the client prior to any preparatory work being carried out for the reading.

Card Readings

Healing with Rina can not be held responsible for any choices or decisions the client makes, all clients exercise free will when booking and participating in a Card Reading. Healing with Rina is not a fortune-teller and only offers readings to clients over the age of 19.

Spiritual Counselling Packages

6 Sessions

Please note that you will need to use the sessions within 2 months from your first appointment. This package is non-transferable to another client and cannot be exchanged for any other Healing with Rina products or services.

Upon booking your package, you will be given a link to schedule each of the 6 sessions and receive your unique certificate code. When scheduling appointments, you will be able to see how many sessions are still remaining in your package.

12 Sessions

Please note that you will need to use the sessions within 4 months from your first appointment. This package is non-transferable to another client and cannot be exchanged for any other Healing with Rina products or services.

Upon booking your package, you will be given a link to schedule each of the 12 sessions and receive your unique certificate code. When scheduling appointments, you will be able to see how many sessions are still remaining in your package.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Preparing a Soul Plan Reading (individual, business or relationship) and Soul Transformation Therapy takes a significant amount of time and unless deemed an exception by Healing with Rina, any cancellation made by the client less than 48 hours prior to the appointment will forfeit the full payment and not receive a refund.

All clients are advised to reschedule no less than 48 hours prior to the appointment, rather than cancelling the booked service.
